In addition to our commitment to expanding into other regions within the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), we are diligently developing the NT.Wallet mobile application, further enhancing our suite of offerings. Roles and responsibilities: - Support the Product Owner in overseeing and implementing enhancements to financial systems and providing assistance to the team; - Responsibilities include furnishing information, technical guidance, and support to the project team, encompassing legislation, standards, and collaboration with external advisors; - Knowledge of UAE compliances, creation and maintenance of a prospect client database, participation in client meetings for UAE compliance, and tailoring proposals to meet client requirements are key aspects; - Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospects clients; - Drafting and customizing proposal to suite each client requirements; - Ensuring project compliance with standards; Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Compliance Officer in a bank or financial institution.
- Background in risk management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Understanding of legal requirements and control measures.
- Knowledge and experience with e-wallets and payment systems.
- Demonstrated individual accountability.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a multinational organization.
