We are looking for an experienced
Compliance Manager
to oversee and manage all compliance-related activities within the financial market sector. The ideal candidate will ensure full regulatory adherence, maintain internal policies, and uphold industry standards.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance framework. Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly. Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments. Prepare and submit regulatory reports. Provide compliance training and guidance to staff. Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with regulators and external auditors.
Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates must meet
one
of the following:University Degree
(Bachelor's or higher) with5+ years of experience
in financial markets or related fields.OR
Diploma or lower qualification
with10+ years of experience
in financial markets or related fields.Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of financial market regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and lead compliance processes
