Role Summary
We are seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure our adherence to CBUAE regulations and internal controls. The role involves regulatory compliance, internal audits, AML/CFT oversight, staff training, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain compliance policies aligned with CBUAE requirements.
Monitor regulatory updates and adjust internal procedures accordingly.
Oversee AML/CFT compliance, client onboarding, and suspicious activity monitoring.
Conduct periodic audits and submit required reports to the CBUAE.
Provide compliance training and ensure staff adherence to policies.
Coordinate with departments and external regulators on compliance matters.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's in Law, Finance, or related field; AML certification preferred.
5-7 years' experience in compliance, ideally in UAE insurance or financial services.
Strong understanding of CBUAE guidelines, AML/CFT practices, and insurance operations.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and effective in cross-functional communication.
