Contract: Short Term (4-6 months)
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Manager to develop and implement a Margin Assurance Framework, ensuring accurate financial tracking and profitability analysis across Real Estate Developments and Commercial Leasing. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling expertise, hands-on experience with ERPs, and a knack for identifying discrepancies to drive corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, establish, and implement a Margin Assurance Framework to monitor project profitability.
• Develop real-time margin models and dashboards to track financial performance.
• Gather, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources (e.g., ERP systems, contracts, invoices).
• Conduct margin reviews and profitability analysis to identify risks/opportunities.
• Investigate anomalies (e.g., revenue leaks, cost overruns) and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to resolve invoicing/revenue discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or CA Intern certification.
• Experience: 3-5 years in financial compliance, margin analysis, or audit (real estate/leasing preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced financial modeling and data analysis (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Yardi).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
