Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Compliance Coordinator to support the company's regulatory, legal, and insurance compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have a background in Business Administration, Law, or Insurance, along with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in compliance or regulatory coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing and maintaining the company's compliance framework and policies.
Support compliance with UAE regulatory authorities (such as CBUAE, Insurance Authority, and other government bodies).
Coordinate internal audits, reviews, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to laws and internal procedures.
Monitor changes in UAE regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, registers, and reports.
Support in AML/CFT processes, including due diligence, KYC verification, and transaction monitoring.
Assist in responding to compliance-related inquiries and audit requests.
Conduct periodic compliance training and awareness sessions for employees.
Liaise with internal departments and external regulators to resolve compliance issues.
Ensure timely filing and submission of compliance reports to authorities.
Desired Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or Insurance (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in compliance, legal, or insurance sector.
Strong understanding of UAE regulatory and insurance frameworks.
Knowledge of AML/CFT and corporate governance principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
