Position Overview
This Compliance and SMS Officer role at DC Aviation Al Futtaim in Dubai supports both the Safety and Quality departments by managing SMS reporting, conducting audits, maintaining documentation, and promoting safety and quality culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Process aviation SMS reports, assess mitigation actions, and manage closure of safety actions
• Conduct on-site audits and inspections across operational areas
• Perform documentation reviews, updates, and revisions as required by SMS and QMS procedures
• Provide administrative support for meetings including preparation of PowerPoint presentations and minutes
• Promote a strong Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) culture across the company
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams
• Support the Safety Manager and Quality Manager with additional tasks and initiatives
• Assist with coordination and record-keeping of compliance documentation and safety reports

• Strong documentation, audit, and reporting abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive compliance information with accuracy and discretion
• Good coordination and organizational skills

What Qualifies You for the Role

• High School Certificate
• Valid and unrestricted UAE driver's license
• Prior experience working within an SMS environment
• Familiarity with aviation compliance systems and reporting tools
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai on a full-time basis
