On a given day, you will:

Spearhead governance initiatives by ensuring our portfolio of companies adheres to all statutory and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions Map and analyse legal and regulatory landscapes to proactively align company practices with current laws and industry standards Support the establishment of new entities within the Group and facilitate modifications to existing organisational structures risks Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting efficiency Manage the end-to-end process from drafting to filing essential documents including board agendas, statutory filings, and training materials with precision and efficiency Create and refine internal processes, templates, and compliance documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance operations Maintain comprehensive physical and digital records of all compliance-related documentation Conduct ongoing due diligence on relevant stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential

We would love to work with you if you:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least one year of experience in corporate governance Are proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programmes Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English Bring a can-do attitude and are eager to learn and grow your career in compliance Are self-motivated and can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies
