Al Habtoor City Hotels is looking for an experienced and motivated Complex Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations team and drive exceptional guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department Lead, coach, and support the Reservations team to achieve service and revenue targets Monitor performance metrics such as conversion rates, call handling, and revenue per call Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service standards and effective issue resolution Collaborate with department leaders to optimize revenue and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a Reservations or Reservations Sales role within hospitality Strong knowledge of reservations systems (OPERA experience preferred) and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Strong analytical and organizational abilities Ability to build positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and business partners
