What we expect from you:

• Manage overall performance and day to day operations of complaints management, social media management, feedback reviews and escalation teams through targeted metrics,
• Maintain and improve overall customer satisfaction by effectively managing complaints management processes,
• Manage customer - agent interactions and distributing incoming customer reviews from Justlife google business page, Google play, and App store,
• Supervise incoming inquiries, ensure a five star professional services to be consistently provided to Justlife customers with a friendly, cheerful, greeting and pleasant manner,
• Orchestrate cross-departmental communication in complaints investigation processes,
• Take end to end people management responsibility of the performance and development of direct reports.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university,
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in customer service, min 1 year in a managerial role,
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills at the leadership scale,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably both in English and Arabic,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience with conflict resolution in customer interactions,
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
