Looking For Cleaning Site Company Supervisor/Manager to control full cleaning division of a reputed company in Bahrain. . : . Oversee staff on a daily basis and briefing the staff for daily tasks . Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence . Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards . Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job . Respond to customer complaints and special requests . Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock . Participate in large cleaning projects as required . Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas . Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner Requirements: . Work experience in a similar role especially in Hotel Industry & As Cleaning Supervisor (GCC Experience will be an added . With 3years Experiences in the same field to manage and run the cleaning division . Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations .
