Company Specialist and Corporate Structuring Administrative Assistant We urgently require a company specialist and corporate structuring administrative assistant who is knowledgeable in property conveyancing, company formation and contract writing. Duties and Responsibilities To manage and coordinate the overall process of company incorporation and license renewal in all free zones and jurisdictions in UAE. Presenting recommendations to clients regarding the business opportunities and advantages of starting business in different zones in UAE Responsible for generating new leads and advising on business set up and company formation solutions in UAE mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions To coordinate and manage the routine correspondence of the existing Clients daily on various subjects as/when required. Ensure awareness of periodic changes to government policies laws regulations processes requirements and their resulting impact on business needs Deep understanding of the documents required by the regulatory authority in the relevant free zone in order to complete the company formation in a timely manner. Handle client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner in order to meet their business requirements. To conduct due diligence on new and existing Clients as/when required. To follow and execute KYC and other relevant compliance procedures of 3rd parties, banks, and jurisdictional authorities. To ensure that all information and documentation updated in our systems and files are up to date, accurate and complete. To maintain the validity of the accounts and information recorded, as well as security of the private and confidential information of the Clients available to us. Job Requirements At least 4 years work experience in UAE as a Company Formation Specialist Good oral and written English communications skills, including excellent presentation, reviewing, and drafting skills. Knowledge of the relevant legislation and regulations Should have Knowledge of UAE Free zones and mainland companies Proactive and takes initiative. Ability to take direction and to self-manage own workload. Passionate about client service - strong willingness to deliver excellent client service and flexibility to meet client requirements.
