Business Setup Consultant

to help entrepreneurs and businesses achieve their goals seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:



Advise Clients on Business Formation in the UAE:

Deliver expert guidance on the full spectrum of UAE business setup options, including Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore structures, ensuring clients choose the most suitable jurisdiction and legal structure aligned with their goals.

End-to-End Company Formation Support:

Oversee the entire business incorporation process--from initial consultation to successful registration--covering trade name reservation, license application, and corporate documentation preparation.

Regulatory Compliance and Licensing:

Ensure clients remain compliant with all relevant UAE legal and regulatory requirements, including securing necessary government approvals, permits, and adherence to local authority guidelines.

Residency Visa & Corporate Banking Assistance:

Facilitate the acquisition of UAE residency visas for investors, partners, employees and dependents. Assist clients in opening corporate bank accounts by coordinating with banking institutions and ensuring all documentation meets KYC standards.

Sales Target Achievement:

Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by promoting business setup packages, document clearing services, and value-added CSP offerings.

Lead Generation & Conversion :

Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads into clients through strategic outreach, presentations, and follow-ups. Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital channels in addition to the leads provided by the company.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and advice post-incorporation to drive client satisfaction, loyalty, and referral business.

Requirements:



Proven sales experience in business setup and document clearance services within Dubai. Preferably experience in kiosk, counter, notary or business center related to business setup and document clearance. Solid understanding of Mainland and Freezone business setup processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
