Job Title: UAE Company Setup Consultant Job Summary: A UAE Company Setup Consultant is responsible for guiding and assisting clients in establishing and registering their businesses in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This role involves providing expert advice on legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements for setting up various types of companies in the UAE, such as mainland, free zone, or offshore entities. The consultant also plays a vital role in ensuring clients comply with local laws and regulations while optimizing their business setup for maximum efficiency and success. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Consultation:
Expected Start Date: 31/10/2023
- Meet with clients to understand their business goals and requirements.
- Assess the most suitable business structure (e.g., LLC, FZE, offshore company) for the client\'s needs.
- Provide detailed information about different free zones, mainland, and offshore jurisdictions within the UAE.
- Stay updated on UAE laws, regulations, and procedures related to company formation.
- Ensure that all clients\' activities adhere to legal requirements, including licenses, permits, and approvals.
- Assist in the preparation of all necessary documentation for company registration.
- Submit applications to relevant government authorities or free zone authorities.
- Follow up on the registration process and provide regular status updates to clients.
- Specialize in the knowledge of different UAE free zones, including benefits, incentives, and industry-specific advantages.
- Advise clients on selecting the most suitable free zone for their business activities.
- Assist clients in creating comprehensive business plans that meet UAE regulatory requirements.
- Help clients outline their business strategies, objectives, and financial forecasts.
- Provide guidance on the financial aspects of setting up a company, including capital requirements and banking services.
- Advise clients on visa and immigration procedures for company owners, employees, and investors.
- Assist with visa application processes, if required.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant government and free zone authorities to expedite processes.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory changes are communicated to clients promptly.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to help clients make informed decisions about their business setup.
- Collaborate with tax and legal experts of the Company to provide clients with insights on the tax implications of their company setup.
- Proven experience as a business setup consultant in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE business laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with government agencies and free zone authorities in the UAE.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Knowledge of market trends, economic factors, and industry-specific requirements.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools and applications.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Business Set-up: 2 years (Preferred)
