Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier deliveries
Maintain the tidiness and organization of the front office area
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Maintain and update company databases and records
Prepare and manage official correspondence, reports, and documents
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field
Own visa/Spouse visa required.
Proven experience as a Company Secretary/Front Office Personnel for 1-2 years
Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Professional appearance and demeanor
