About the Role:
We are seeking a confident and polished
Company Representative Specialist
to be the face and voice of our organization. Based in
Dubai
, this role requires someone with strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to represent our company in high-level business settings, media engagements, and public-facing events.
Ideal candidates will be
foreign nationals
(e.g., from Egypt, Jordan, Syria, or other regions), fluent in English, and between
21 to 35 years old
. A strong male presence is preferred due to the nature of client-facing and branding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company professionally at conferences, exhibitions, business meetings, and public events.
Act as a key spokesperson, delivering the company's message, mission, and values across various platforms.
Participate in business development meetings, assist with partnership agreements and negotiation processes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and contribute to digital and physical branding materials (e.g., social media content, posters, videos).
Maintain a strong and consistent corporate image across public-facing communications and media appearances.
Serve as a speaker or host during corporate events and public engagements.
Ensure smooth internal and external communications and manage the timely exchange of critical business information.
Provide regular reports and strategic input on public relations efforts and brand visibility.
Requirements:
Nationality:
Foreign national candidates preferred (e.g., Egypt, Jordan, Syria, etc.).
Age Range:
21-35 years old
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Language:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Appearance:
Professional and presentable male candidates are preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse cultures
Strong public speaking ability and comfort with media or promotional appearances
Team player with high adaptability and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in office tools including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
