Job Summary: Looking for a Company Driver in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Safely and responsibly transport goods and materials to various locations as directed by the company
• Load and unload cargo ensuring proper handling and securing of items for transit
• Plan routes efficiently to optimize delivery schedules and minimize fuel consumption
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper working condition and report any issues or damages to the supervisor
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption as well as any incidents or delays encountered during transportation
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations and company policies to ensure safe driving practices
• Provide exceptional customer service through interacting professionally with clients, responding to inquiries as well as addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, both internally and externally

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have a valid UAE driving license
• Experience in this field is highly required
• Must have good knowledge of traffic laws, regulations as well as safe driving practices
• Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure timely deliveries
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items when required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
