We are looking for a dependable and safety-conscious

Company Driver

to provide reliable transportation for company staff, clients, documents, and products. The Company Driver will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of passengers, documents, and products, maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, and upholding a professional image that reflects the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate company-assigned vehicles to transport employees, clients, documents, and products to designated destinations. Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals while adhering to traffic laws and regulations. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle (fuel, oil, water, tires, brakes, lights, etc.) before and after each trip. Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the vehicle at all times. Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and service schedules. Assist passengers with loading and unloading documents, products, materials, or equipment as needed. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with staff, clients, and the public. Comply with all company policies, road safety, and transportation regulations.

Clean driving record with no major traffic violations. Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Punctual, honest, and highly responsible.
