Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Company Driver to provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation for our staff, clients, and company materials. The ideal candidate must have a clean driving record, good knowledge of local routes, and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe and Reliable Transportation:

Transporting passengers to and from destinations safely and on time.

Route Planning:

Planning efficient routes, considering traffic and weather conditions.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness, fuel levels, and general upkeep.

Customer Service:

Providing a professional and courteous experience for passengers.

Discretion and Confidentiality:

Maintaining confidentiality regarding passenger information.

Administrative Tasks:

Keeping mileage logs, expense reports, and other documentation.

Emergency Procedures:

Knowing how to handle emergencies and provide assistance if needed.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a company or personal driver. Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Punctual, trustworthy, and well-groomed. Valid UAE Driving license.

Preferred:

Experience driving for executives or in a corporate setting. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Skills Required:

Driving Skills:

Proficient and safe driving skills, especially in city traffic and on highways.

Route Planning and Navigation:

Ability to plan efficient routes and use navigation systems.

Customer Service:

Friendly and courteous interactions with passengers.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Time Management:

Ability to manage schedules and arrive on time.

Communication Skills:

Effective verbal communication and the ability to communicate clearly with passengers.

Discretion and Confidentiality:

Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to handle unexpected situations and make quick decisions.
