Al Sayegh Brothers and Trading is looking for a Male Company Driver.

Job purpose:

To provide secure and timely driving services to transport passengers.

Key Duties and responsibilities:

1. Provide transportation for Head of Office, other employees and VIP visitors 2. Follow up the driver planning and scheduling from Executive secretaries. 3. Facilitate airport pickups for VIP visitors and transportation during official visits. 4. Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the Admin Manager. Service vehicle maintenance management: 5. Schedule annual vehicle examination for service vehicles with the Transportation Department and notify Manager for the renewal of the vehicle license. 6. Determine when and what kind of maintenance the vehicle needs, keep track of general maintenance schedules, especially car tyre condition 7. Ensure sound running of the vehicles assigned and arrange minor repairs where necessary - 8. Check oil and tyres properly and keep the service vehicles in clean condition, both inside and outside 9. Keep track of timely car insurance renewals. 10. Update monthly mileage records. 11. Maintain log book of each service vehicle on daily basis. 12. Support messenger by assisting with the mail deliveries, both incoming and outgoing. 13. Dress professionally and in accordance with company's dress code.

Qualifications

· UAE Valid driver's license and clean driving record . Demonstrate safe driving practices · Able to follow verbal directions, read maps, follow GPS · Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties · Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines · Excellent time management skills · Able to assist passengers when needed · Organized and able to follow a schedule · Positive attitude and professional demeanor · Able to work night, weekends, and holidays as needed
