Community & Talent Relations Manager (Events & Entertainment)

Salary: AED 3,500 - 5,500 per month + Bonuses

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Community & Talent Relations Manager with 2-3 years of experience in the events or entertainment industry. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our extensive network of freelance talent, subcontractors, and suppliers (3,000-4,000 individuals). You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships, coordinating bookings, and keeping our community engaged through WhatsApp, calls, and social media. You will also support the agency manager by drafting and presenting event proposals for weddings, parties, corporate functions, and other occasions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison for freelancers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Coordinate availability and assignments via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media. Build and nurture long-term relationships within the community. Draft and present event proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with management and internal teams to deliver successful events. Represent the agency with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements

2-3 years of proven experience in the events or entertainment industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience managing large groups of freelancers or suppliers. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Prior experience with event agencies is an advantage. Open to all nationalities and genders.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: AED 3,500 - 5,500/month + bonuses. Benefits: Visa sponsorship, 30 days annual leave, gratuity, holiday pay, and all standard UAE benefits. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
