We're looking for a dynamic and creative Community Officer in Dubai who believes in people, purpose, and positive impact--someone proactive, optimistic, and motivated by building meaningful communities rather than just monetary gain.
What You'll Do
Build, manage, and grow a vibrant online and offline community Develop and execute community engagement strategies Plan and host interactive events and digital activations Create compelling content for social and community platforms Listen, engage, and advocate for the community's voice internally Track, analyze, and report community growth and engagement metrics
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with digital platforms (social media, community tools) Experience in content creation and storytelling Basic design and video-editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut) are a plus Demonstrated success in building or scaling communities Passionate about people, culture, trends, and meaningful engagement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
