Job Title: Community Manager Team Lead Job Location : Dubai / Fujairah / RAK Job type: 12 months
Company is looking for a Community Team Lead will be mainly responsible to implement the marketing strategy, create and implement a social media strategy suitable for the digital marketing agenda with the Community Management Team for our FMCG client focused n personal care line of business. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling original text and video content in both Arabic and English, managing posts, and engaging with followers. You will play a vital role in maintaining our brand\'s image in a consistent and cohesive manner, with the aim of achieving our marketing objectives. This role will also be part of the our client\'s Digital Marketing squad. She/He will work closely with the marketing team, be in the same squad with different digital teams, manage a common agenda, work towards the same goal and will be a bridge between Community Managers and the stakeholders. As the Community Management Team Lead, we expect you to be well-versed in the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Your excellent communication skills should enable you to express our company\'s values creatively and effectively. Ultimately, your role will involve managing our social media presence and ensuring that it drives high customer engagement and create talkatively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as main point of contact for digital team, meet with Marketing teams, take briefs, prepare and present presentations, and manage the social media part of digital campaigns.
Manage the Community team. Responsible for the team\'s performance and KPIs.
Orchestrate the Community Team, splitting the workloads correctly, and observe the output quality.
Guide the team to add value to the overall company\'s business.
Manage social media accounts of the category of Brand\'s market in the Arabic region.
Be agile about following the agenda and trends, generating ideas, and taking action when necessary.
Search, provide, and train the best solutions/new technologies /tools/ innovations as per expectations.
Manage relationships with stakeholders such as marketing teams, digital teams, 3rd party agencies.
Be a part of the crisis team in crisis management time.
Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and insights to key stakeholders.
Control and validate the social media knowledge base for all brands.
Provide quick data to inform the key stakeholders about business strategy, marketing and brand strategies, digital marketing content and strategy, communications, and new product development.
Provide clear communication between all internal and external stakeholders.
Be a main partner of community market lead for digitalization projects (Chatbots, Whatsapp Business Accounts, etc.)
Support community Market Lead in global community strategy projects.
Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.
