The Role
Job Objective: The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the community, including resident relations, property maintenance, and community events. The Community Manager will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and thriving environment for all residents and visitors. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing and managing strategic relationships with all entities making up the Master Communities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate property handover. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implementing management plans to sufficiently and proactively plan all activities throughout the year ensuring all milestones and timelines are met. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring common areas in the Master Community and buildings are kept at the best standards at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain record system of all correspondence between owners, residents/occupiers and other relevant parties, and records to be kept pursuant to law (registration documents, etc.). \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide point of contact for owners as well occupants and attend routine written and oral communication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advise and assist owners and residents/occupiers in relation to the Community Rules. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange Insurances and claims. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing revenue collection process to ensure maximum collections of Service Charges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting regular inspections/audits of the assigned community. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing crisis and emergencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing ways to gauge customer satisfaction levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolving customer complaints. \xe2\x80\xa2 Helping to develop community newsletters or updates on a quarterly basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sending regular updates / announcements to various communities, developer groups, business groups and other communities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and arrange community events throughout the year. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with the internal stakeholders to oversee property handover, fit-out and alteration. Process and managing complaints among others to ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to understand and comprehend projects delivery mechanism to identify and update any potential roadblocks for successful handovers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to review and propose solutions to re-engineer processes, aiming to eliminate identified issues & bottlenecks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to create and execute annual community infrastructure and amenities improvement plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies , rules and procedures related to Health , Safety and Environmental Management.

Requirements
Requisite Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent. Experience Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 7-10 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in Real Estate or related industry. Skill Sets Required: \xe2\x80\xa2 Efficient Communication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiation Skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem Solving. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team Work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organization & Pursue. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good reasoning and analytical skills.
