Valeo Health is looking for a warm, people-focused Community Manager Intern to support and engage our growing network of nannies and ensure a great experience for parents. You will build relationships, resolve issues, support training, and help create a positive, high-trust nanny community.
What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with nannies and support their well-being Collect parent feedback and ensure service satisfaction Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and community activities Coordinate training sessions and maintain high service standards Help resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism
