We are a leading International Mentoring Association and are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Community Manager
to build, nurture, and grow our international mentoring community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
learning and development
, coupled with
sales, marketing and relationship management skills
. This role will focus on engaging our members,stakeholders, driving success, and strengthening the global mentoring network.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to engage, grow and, retain the mentoring community across multiple channels.
Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, ensuring an exceptional member experience.
Drive membership growth through sales and marketing initiatives, including campaigns, webinars and events.
Collaborate with the learning and development team to design and implement mentoring programs, workshops, and training sessions.
Manage relationships with individual members, corporate partners and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and satisfaction.
Monitor community feedback, track engagement metrics and provide insights to improve offerings and member experiences.
Represent the association at events, conferences and networking opportunities, both locally and internationally.
Support customer success initiatives to ensure members achieve value from their participation in the association.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Learning & Development or a related field.
Proven experience in
community management, learning and development, sales, or marketing
, ideally within international organizations.
Strong relationship management and customer success skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in organizing events, webinars or workshops.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools, social media platforms and community engagement software.
Passion for mentoring, professional development and international networking.
Preferred:
Previous experience in international associations or global networking organizations.
Knowledge of mentoring frameworks, adult learning principles or corporate training programs.
