Located in the courtyards of Souk Al Bahar near Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall, it is home to hundreds of startups, freelancers, and small businesses. In partnership with the RTA, The Co-Spaces has introduced WO--RK, an innovative workspace within BurJuman Metro station. Flexible membership options include hourly, daily, monthly, and long-term memberships, as well as private offices, desk spaces, meeting rooms, and lounges.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager based in Dubai. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the coworking space, engaging with members, organizing events, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include handling membership inquiries, coordinating space bookings, managing social media presence, and enhancing community engagement. The Community Manager will also collaborate with the team to promote a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Experience in community management and event organization Proficiency in handling membership inquiries and space coordination Strong social media management and digital marketing skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to manage and motivate your team, as well as work with other departments, is essential Monthly reporting and analysing trends is required Experience in coworking spaces or similar environments is a plus Sales experience is required Hospitality or Office management experience with over 100 people/ guests/ members is preferred
