Community Manager
to join their team. The ideal candidate is a
UAE National female
who understands the digital landscape and cultural nuances of online communication in the UAE.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage audience engagement by responding to comments, queries, and complaints across various social media platforms
Maintain a professional and culturally appropriate tone in all interactions
Use tools like
Meta Business Suite
and
Sprinklr
to monitor, manage, and report community activity
Track audience trends, flag emerging issues, and support content rollout with the digital team
What You Bring:
UAE National female candidate only
At least
1 year of experience
managing online communities (government accounts preferred)
Fluent in
Arabic
and excellent in
written English
Proficient with social media tools and analytics
Strong knowledge of UAE cultural sensitivities and digital best practices
