In this exciting role, you\'ll spearhead conversations across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook. Fluent in both English you\'ll be the go-to person for customer queries and pivotal in content planning, creation, and community management.
As the Community Manager, you\'ll be the maestro behind the scenes, crafting and managing the monthly content calendar in English for a global audience. Regular social media channel audits will be your forte, ensuring everything aligns seamlessly with brand standards and contributing to the delivery of social media reports. Proactive and reactive engagement with the audience will be second nature as you monitor keywords and swiftly address any spam or negativity. You\'ll also play a key role in deciphering campaign objectives, defining user journeys, and strategically mapping out content to hit our predetermined goals.

• Online marketing experience with a keen understanding of social media.
