What you\'ll be doing:

• Communicating with the community and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Demonstrating strong communication skills when working with creative teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Having experience working in the UAE market and understanding local cultural nuances.
• Creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with overall marketing objectives.
• Developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and conversions.
• Measuring and reporting on social media performance using analytical tools and providing monthly reports.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that social media activities align with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

What you\'ll need:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic language.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or community management.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools to measure and report on social media performance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
