Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with marketing efforts, coordinating with partner companies for shooting properties across Dubai, and performing other related duties as required. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for building relationships and growing a community. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and increase visibility across various social media platforms and other marketing channels.
- Coordinate with partner companies to schedule and execute property shoots across Dubai and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Work closely with our team to develop and execute community engagement initiatives and drive engagement through various channels, including social media, email, and other online platforms.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform decision-making.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback via social media and other channels, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in community management and marketing.
- Proven experience in community management, social media marketing, and partnership coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing, and other marketing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
