Role Summary
The Community Lead is responsible for creating and executing community marketing programs that expand reach to new guests, strengthen brand advocacy, and cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships with studios, ambassadors, and local partners across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shopping centers, city studios, and local community partners
• Plan, deliver, and oversee community activations that enhance brand visibility and loyalty
• Manage budgets for community initiatives, ensuring compliance with approved plans and cost controls
• Collaborate closely with store ambassadors and store teams to align community efforts with retail objectives
• Organize and supervise photoshoots and events with ambassadors and local athletes
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all activities adhere to brand standards and guidelines
• Liaise with key stakeholders in local athletic communities and affiliated studios to maximize impact
• Coordinate community requests, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of events

Ideal Profile

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; Bachelor's degree is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or event management, ideally within fitness or lifestyle sectors
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Active lifestyle with a genuine passion for community engagement
