We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Service Quality Field Assessors - Community Experience Reviewers. In this role, you will visit residential communities to evaluate services and facilities, helping improve the overall experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit residential communities to review facilities and services. Assess the condition and presentation of parks, gyms, pools, and walkways. Ensure that services meet expected quality standards. Prepare clear, concise reports with observations and recommendations. Provide actionable feedback to enhance resident satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and observation skills. Objective assessment of facilities and services. Good written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with service quality reviews is an advantage.
Preferred Background:
Experience in service evaluation, customer experience, or facility inspections is a plus. Valid UAE driving license.
Eligibility:
