Role Summary
The Community Connector is responsible for developing and managing community engagement initiatives that strengthen brand presence, expand reach to new guests, and nurture meaningful relationships with studios, ambassadors, and local partners across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shopping centers, city studios, and local community partners
• Plan and execute community activations that increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
• Manage community initiative budgets, ensuring cost control and compliance with approved plans
• Develop close collaboration with store ambassadors and store teams to align community efforts with retail objectives
• Organize and oversee photoshoots and community events with ambassadors and local athletes
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all community activities comply with brand standards and guidelines
• Liaise with key stakeholders in local athletic and lifestyle communities to maximize brand exposure
• Coordinate community requests, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of events and activations

Ideal Profile

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Bachelor's degree is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or event management, preferably within fitness or lifestyle sectors
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Active lifestyle with genuine passion for community engagement and brand advocacy
