Role Overview
The Community Associate is the front-facing ambassador and plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality member experience. This position blends hospitality, operations, and administrative support, ensuring the business center runs efficiently while fostering a professional and welcoming community.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Member Experience
Welcome members, clients, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries and day-to-day support
Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a positive community culture
Assist with member onboarding, orientations, and ongoing engagement
Support and coordinate community events, meetings, and networking activities
Front Desk & Operations
Manage front desk operations including access control, visitor registration, and calls
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are properly set up
Ensure common areas, meeting rooms, and offices are maintained to brand standards
Monitor pantry, stationery, and operational supplies and coordinate replenishment
Liaise with maintenance, IT, cleaning, and external service providers
Administrative & Sales Support
Assist with member agreements, invoicing coordination, and basic reporting
Support sales tours by hosting prospective clients and presenting our offerings
Maintain accurate records of members, visitors, and service requests
Provide administrative support to the Community Manager and operations team
Brand & Service Standards
Uphold our service ethos, policies, and operational standards
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Identify opportunities to enhance member experience and operational efficiency
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
1-3 years' experience in hospitality, customer service, coworking, or business centers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or workspace management systems is a plus
Ability to join immediately or on short notice is essential
UAE experience is a MUST. Must be currently available in the UAE for a face to face interview.
