Job Description

  • Reporting to Community Manager, the Community Administrator will be responsible for customer facing issues, to assist in managing owner\'s meetings & forums, enforcing.
  • Community Rules of Conduct and support the implementation of company communication strategy.
  • The Community Administrator will interact with the residents through community meetings and regular communication channels such as letters, emails, phone calls and notice boards to ensure service excellence is seen throughout the community.
  • The Community Administrator will also assist with coordination with contractors and other admin tasks.
  • Maintaining community records, assist in preparations of reports.
  • Maintaining customer service function as point of call for the residents/ stakeholders within the community.
  • To ensure that the jointly owned common property is safe and properly maintained, routine site inspection, facilities, and equipment to determine whether repairs or maintenance is needed.
  • Support the Community Manager to arrange and coordinate Community forums, implement and report on reporting on surveys and advice on the feasibilities of community vale add service programs.
  • NOC administration Events, advertising, fit out modifications, work permit, lift booking, etc.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED4,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Community Administrator: 2 years (Required)

  • Dubai (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
