Job Purpose To support the development and execution of corporate marketing and communication strategies that strengthen Modon HoldingaEUR(TM)s brand, enhance stakeholder engagement, and contribute to business growth. Roles, Responsibilities, Duties 1. Corporate Marketing Support Assist in the development and implementation of corporate marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Coordinate marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and corporate reputation. 2. Brand Management Support the implementation of brand guidelines across internal and external communications. Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity. 3. Marketing Campaign Coordination Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns in coordination with internal teams. Track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement. 4. Content Creation and Distribution Develop and manage high-quality content for corporate communications. Oversee content distribution across digital and print platforms. 5. Stakeholder Engagement Assist in managing relationships with stakeholders including partners, media, and community organizations. Support communication efforts across multiple channels to promote positive engagement. 6. Market Research and Insights Conduct basic market and competitive research to inform campaign planning. Collect and analyze marketing data to support strategic decision-making. 7. Digital Marketing and Social Media Manage corporate social media accounts and support digital marketing campaigns. Analyze performance metrics to improve digital outreach and engagement. 8. Event Coordination and Sponsorship Support the planning and execution of corporate events and sponsorships. Ensure alignment of events with overall marketing goals. 9. Performance Tracking Monitor KPIs to measure marketing activity success. Prepare reports and presentations to share key findings and recommendations. Qualification BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
