Role Summary
The Communications and Public Relations Executive supports the Communications and Public Relations team in executing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate media coverage, and build strong relationships with media, influencers, and internal stakeholders across the Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Arabic media contacts and influencers to support brand visibility and communication objectives
• Coordinate media requests, site visits, and event logistics to ensure smooth execution of public relations campaigns and activities
• Support influencer strategies aligned with marketing goals, including content ideas and coordination of influencer participation at events
• Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading Arabic communications materials such as press releases, media kits, and event content
• Track media coverage, prepare performance reports, and conduct basic research on industry trends and competitor communications
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Communications team, including record keeping and meeting coordination
• Support day-to-day communications activities to ensure timely and efficient team operations

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with basic knowledge of artificial intelligence tools
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
• Proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and willingness to learn
• Good understanding of regional media and influencer trends across the Middle East
