Position Overview
The Communications and Public Relations Associate will support the PR team in enhancing brand visibility for Majid Al Futtaim's Entertainment portfolio, including cinemas, global snow facilities, and leisure brands. The role involves managing media relations, influencer engagement, event coordination, and Arabic communications to strengthen the company's public image and market presence.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Arabic media outlets and influencers to boost brand recognition.
• Coordinate media requests, press visits, and PR event logistics across Entertainment brands.
• Support influencer marketing initiatives by generating content ideas and ensuring engagement at events.
• Draft, edit, and proofread Arabic-language press releases, media kits, and campaign materials.
• Track and report media coverage, analyzing trends and competitor activity.
• Provide administrative support to the Communications team, including meeting coordination and record maintenance.
• Assist in developing creative PR campaigns that align with corporate objectives.
• Contribute to internal and external communications that reinforce the company's reputation and values.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern media landscapes and influencer marketing trends.
• Prior internships or experience in communications or media preferred.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn with strong interpersonal skills.
