Our client is a Communication & Marketing Consultancy which is looking for Communications and Marketing Manager (Real Estate background) for an immediate secondment to one of the prominent Real Estate companies in Abu Dhabi.

The Communications and Marketing Manager responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following tasks and activities related to Corporate, Real Estate Project

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications and marketing strategies to enhance the company\'s brand image, drive business growth, and meet organizational goals: Project Brand Strategy, and Planning.
  • Oversee multiple projects and campaigns in collaboration with various agencies, ensuring that each project is delivered according to the specified scope, on time, and within budget: Creating new brand identities, and managing all ongoing projects within the master plan.
  • Manage and create all marketing assets of the project, included, and not limited to brochures, landing pages, EDMs, SMS campaigns, digital banners, and social media \xe2\x80\x93Making sure all assets are integrated into CRM system.
  • Lead generation reporting, A/B testing and optimization of ongoing and new campaigns.
  • ATL/BTL management of all creative works needed.
  • Create sales kits, brokers kits, and ensure all stakeholders get all necessary marketing assets for sales efforts.
  • Assist in developing project strategy in alignment with destination strategy.
  • Identify target project brand profiling to develop targeted positioning \xe2\x80\x93 Both on brand awareness and project lead generation.
  • Strategizing and developing all projects related advertising budgets, ad placement, digital marketing strategy, spot production, promotions, copywriting and all marketing mediums including messaging.
  • Leading, developing, and maximizing all marketing efforts for the project launches.
  • Lead in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives through planning and research on various factors such as competition, marketing research.
  • Leading on developing and implementing local and international roadshows and events.
  • Be prepared to handle tight deadlines and adapt quickly to last-minute changes, especially during crisis situations that may arise.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project objectives and maintain a cohesive working environment.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of communications and marketing efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Source and manage event vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, setup, audiovisual equipment, catering, and guest accommodations.
  • Monitor event progress and make real-time adjustments to ensure a smooth and successful event experience.
  • Regularly update clients on event progress, changes, and developments.
  • Seek client feedback post-event and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

Requirements and skills
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3-4 years in communications and marketing roles, with experience in the Real Estate industry being a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, handle tight deadlines, and maintain composure during challenging situations.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, with a preference for proficiency in Arabic.
  • Possess excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating resources to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various platforms and audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and embrace new ideas and technologies.
