Our Team
At Porsche, the Marketing department consists of four key pillars: Communications, Digital, Experiential & Product. The department's main responsibilities are driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales through localized campaigns, events, and digital strategies. This internship will specifically be part of the Communications & Digital team; their primary responsibilities are brand and product marketing as well as managing Porsche's digital footprint.
What to expect?

• You gain insight into the daily operations of the Marketing department.
• You oversee various activities, including coordinating brand and product campaigns with creative agencies, developing social media initiatives, reviewing monthly Google platform performance, managing purchase requisitions, rolling out regional training, and handling service tickets for website content and training requests.
• You manage key elements of the communication strategy for the annual Icons of Porsche event.
• You provide personal assistance to the Marketing leadership team, supporting them on strategic topics.
• You support in creating leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings.
• You build presentations and handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.
• You manage monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reporting.
• You coordinate department meetings, workshops, conferences, and events as an active contributor.
• You occasionally support front office operations by covering the HQ reception desk as part of your internship.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

• 2,936 AED monthly income + 300 AED transport allowance
• Company provided accommodation
• Working visa and health insurance
• 5 Days Annual Leave

LOCALLY LIVING STUDENTS (ALREADY IN UAE)

• Internship with one of the world's most luxury car brands
• 3,436 AED per month (inclusive of transport allowance)
• Working visa and health insurance (if needed)
• 5 Days Annual Leave

What sets you apart?

• You have a passion for cars and a strong interest in the Porsche brand.
• You have a background in Business, preferably with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study.
• You have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• You have IT skills and are familiar with systems such as SAP or CRM platforms.
• You have experience in social media content creation and digital communication.
• You have strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
• You are outgoing, proactive, and confident in engaging with others.
• You have the ability to quickly grasp new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• You have an independent work style and strong self-management skills.
• You are available for a 6-month internship period (23 February 2026 - 28 August 2026)
