The Role
To assist in delivering the communication strategy in line with the schedule of different brand activities, Follow up and coordinate with the Communication Manager on all tasks related to the communication department (technical, graphic design, social media, communication) and liaise with marketing, sales, specification, product and technical teams to help them develop their communication tools.
  • Graphic designing: Responsible for the design, and production of a wide variety of company literature, packaging, point-of-sale, campaign elements and other materials to meet company design criteria and corporate objectives as per the brand guidelines.
  • Digital Media: Responsible for executing online activities based on company\xe2\x80\x99s Digital Strategy to maintain and improve company\xe2\x80\x99s digital and online presence through social media, company website, intranet, digital tools.
  • Events: Responsible to support and execute corporate events.
  • Vendor Management: Accountable for finding, maintaining and developing relationship with all vendors.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills
  • Qualified to NVQ / BA Level in Graphic Design and Digital Marketing experience. Digital Marketing certifications would be an added advantage (e.g. Google certification /AdWords /SEO)
  • Professional Marketing Qualifications (preferred but not essential)
  • Photo editing, photography and basic video skills are required
Experience
  • Min 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within a commercial environment
  • Proficient designer with comprehensive knowledge of specific design software such as Quark Xpress, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, basic knowledge of cinema 4D or any 3D software
  • Experience of working within a set of corporate brand guidelines
