Position: Commodity Operation Analysis Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full life cycle management of products, including:
Introduction of new products
Handling of slow-moving items
Optimizing product structure and price range
Meeting customers' one-stop purchasing and customized needs
Conduct market research and collect/analyze information on competing products
Formulate reasonable pricing strategies aligned with the company's gross profit margin targets
Regularly update product benchmarking and output a pricing list
Monitor procurement costs and optimize costs through:
Market research
Supplier bidding
Other cost-reduction methods
Enhance the price competitiveness of goods
Plan and execute mall activities, such as:
Special offers
Promotions for products close to expiration dates
Updating resource positions
Increasing the sales rate of products
Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth connection between commodity supply and sales
Enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, or related fields
More than 2 years of product operation experience in the TOB fresh food industry, with familiarity with fresh food product characteristics
Strong market insight and data analysis capabilities; proficiency in using data analysis tools
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Strong stress resistance and ability to handle complex and ever-changing business demands
