About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Commissioning Manager

to lead and oversee the commissioning of major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing the commissioning process for large, complex facilities and ensuring all systems are tested, verified, and handed over to operational teams in full compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and management of commissioning activities across all project systems and disciplines. Develop and implement commissioning plans, test procedures, schedules, and documentation. Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, and contractor teams to ensure seamless commissioning and handover. Oversee functional testing, performance validation, troubleshooting, and acceptance processes. Ensure all commissioning activities comply with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare commissioning reports, track progress, and present updates to project leadership.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience

in the commissioning of large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects. Experience serving as a

Commissioning Manager (or equivalent)

on

at least five projects of similar scope and value

.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures spanning civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across various functional groups. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
