We are looking for a
Commissioning Instrumentation Lead
for one of our clients with the following details:Start: Nov 2025
Location: Dubai, UAE with mission in IRAQ whenever required
Duration: 24 months, extendable
Work Scheme: Residential, 5 days per week
Qualifications/Experience required
Qualification: Engineer Professional Experience: 10+ years in Oil & Gas projects with a strong background on Instrumentation commissioning Experience with metering/custody transfer equipment. Familiarity with OPERCOM(TM) and ICAPS is highly appreciated Background in Functional Analysis and SIF testing. Wide discipline technological knowledge from pneumatic/hydraulic to new WiFi technologies Language: fluency in English is mandatory.
Job Dimensions
Responsible for the preparation and execution of commissioning activities for all Instrumentation, including Analysers and Metering across the PROJECT scope. Interface with COMPANY and EPSCC contractor teams to ensure safe, timely, and compliant commissioning of all instrumentation. Supervise and coordinate commissioning assistance from company vendor packages to match EPSCC contractor's activities. Ensure instrumentation integration with ICSS systems across GPP and Pipelines, including interface testing, HART diagnostics and inter-trip logic validation. Support the Completion Coordinator in ICAPS population, punch list resolution, and system handover readiness. Promote integration with Construction, Pre-commissioning and Field Operations teams with a One Team spirit.
