We are seeking

Commissioning ELV Engineer

who will execute commissioning of

ELV / ICT / BMS / SAS / Fire & Life Safety systems on complex projects to achieve safe, SBC-Compliant, on-schedule handover with complete and auditable records.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform tests per approved

Method Statements / ITPs / Test Packs

(pre-functional & functional), record measurements and results precisely.

Fire Alarm & PAVA/Voice Evac:

device addressing/labels, loop/line tests, cause-and-effect, audibility/intelligibility, battery/autonomy.

Security (Access/CCTV/Intrusion):

device I/O, events/alarms, storage & retention, basic analytics scenarios.

Emergency Lighting & Lighting Control:

auto-test/DT, spot lux checks, scenarios/overrides, BMS/FA interlocks.

ICT/Structured Cabling & Fiber:

OTDR, end-to-end loss, copper certification (Fluke classes), rack/patch management.

IBS/DAS & Wi-Fi:

basic sweep/coverage spot checks and operator/vendor integration readiness.

SMATV/IPTV, Intercom, Parking/ANPR:

functional scenarios and BMS/FA interface tests. Participate in IST with BMS/FA/Electrical; execute scripted steps, capture logs, report deviations. Verify installation against drawings/specs/codes; raise and track

RFI/NCR

to closure with evidence. Produce test results, update cause-and-effect matrices, red-line/as-built inputs; support O&M/training packages.

Authority/third-party prep (KSA):

assemble labels, logs, and evidence for Saudi Civil Defense inspections and House of Expertise engagements; align with

SBC + NFPA/IEC/TIA/BICSI

. Submit weekly progress updates to the

Commissioning Manager

; escalate risks early.

Required Qualifications:

----------------------------

3-5 yearsELV testing & commissioning on building/complex facilities. Hands-on with

FAT/SAT/FPT, ITP/Test Packs

, and

IST

participation. Practical experience across

FAS/PAVA, Access/CCTV, Emergency Lighting, Lighting Control

, and

Structured Cabling/Fiber

. Standards literacy:

SBC, NFPA 72/101, IEC/BS EN, TIA/BICSI.

Competent with ELV test gear (addressing/programming tools, sound level/intelligibility meters, lux meters, OTDR, copper certifiers). HSE awareness (

PTW/LOTO

), clear technical reporting, and drawing/spec literacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Commissioning on healthcare, airports, data centers, rail, or high-rise. Vendor familiarity (e.g., Honeywell/JCI/Siemens/BMS; ACS/CCTV/Access; PAVA; structured cabling). * Experience with third-party certifications/Authority approvals (e.g., Civil Defense/House of Expertise).
