Realtree Properties is a Luxury real estate brokerage headquartered in Dubai, specializing in residential, luxury, and off-plan property sales. As we embark on an aggressive expansion plan, we seek a highly skilled Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist to build a high-performing team aligned with our vision of scaling to 80 to 100 employees within 12 months.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a structured, experienced, and results-driven Recruitment Expert who will be responsible for:
End-to-end talent acquisition
Designing and executing a thorough screening process
Managing hiring, onboarding, probation, and exits
Supporting employee performance and development
Ensuring organizational growth while maintaining a high standard of employee quality
You will play a pivotal role in building the team that will drive the future success of Realtree.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a robust hiring strategy to meet the 80-employee target within the next 12 months.
Build a proactive candidate pipeline using headhunting, networking, online platforms, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
Manage full recruitment cycle -- from JD creation, posting, shortlisting, interviews, background checks, to offer letters.
Screening & Selection
Establish and execute a rigorous, by-the-book candidate screening framework (including technical tests, case studies, psychometric evaluations, and reference checks).
Conduct structured interviews focused on skills, culture fit, and long-term alignment.
Standardize interview scorecards and selection criteria to ensure unbiased hiring decisions.
Performance Management
Oversee the new hire onboarding, orientation, and probation process.
Design KPIs for each role and monitor performance reviews during probation periods.
Propose and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) where needed.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
Enhance Realtree's employer brand through strategic partnerships, social media, and online campaigns to attract top talent.
Organize career fairs, walk-in interviews, and referral programs to widen candidate sourcing.
Separation & Compliance
Manage the full exit process including resignations, terminations, handovers, and exit interviews.
Ensure full legal compliance in all hiring and firing practices under UAE Labor Law.
Reporting & Analysis
Provide detailed weekly reports to the CEO on hiring metrics, candidate funnel progress, performance evaluations, and forecasted hiring needs.
Use data analytics to optimize recruitment strategy and identify bottlenecks.
Key Performance Indicators (Screening KPIs):
Hiring Metrics
80+ employees hired within 12 months (across Sales, Admin, Marketing, CRM, etc.)
Minimum 5-8 quality hires per month (depending on department needs).
90%+ offer acceptance rate.
85%+ retention during probation period.
Screening & Quality
100% compliance with screening SOP (tests, evaluations, reference checks).
Less than 10% probation failures across all hires.
Turnaround Time
Average Time-to-Hire: <30 days per position.
Employer Branding
25% of new hires sourced via inbound applications (strong brand presence).
Launch at least 3 strategic employer branding initiatives within 6 months.
Performance & Exit Management
100% documented performance reviews during probation.
100% exit interviews completed with actionable feedback recorded.
Reporting & Data Management
Weekly hiring funnel report submitted to CEO every Friday.
Monthly dashboard report on hiring efficiency, cost per hire, and candidate sources.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in real estate, high-growth startups, or consulting sectors.
Proven track record of scaling teams aggressively.
Deep knowledge of UAE Labor Law and recruitment compliance.
Strong experience with ATS systems (Zoho Recruit preferred) and HR software.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and assessment skills.
Highly organized, methodical, and driven by data and KPIs.
