  • Performing inventory management responsibilities and checking the exact quantities of various ingredients and restaurant supplies.
  • Adhering to the instructions of the Chef de partie, preparing salads and sauces to satisfy the customer, and modifying the recipe if required.
  • Evaluating the received ingredients and supplies and ensuring that their quality matches the standard expected by the restaurant.
