Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • \xe2\x80\x8cMonitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors
  • \xe2\x80\x8cContinually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals
  • \xe2\x80\x8cMeasures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings
  • \xe2\x80\x8cWashes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetable items
  • \xe2\x80\x8cAssesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary
  • \xe2\x80\x8cPlates meal items under the chef de partie\xe2\x80\x99s supervision
  • \xe2\x80\x8cDisposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies
Requirements
  • \xe2\x80\x8cHigh school diploma or equivalent; higher certification in culinary arts preferred
  • \xe2\x80\x8cHave previous experience in a similar role, in UAE
  • \xe2\x80\x8cGood understanding of food, health, and safety regulations
  • \xe2\x80\x8cExcellent communication skills
  • \xe2\x80\x8cComputer literate
  • \xe2\x80\x8cAble to work holidays and weekends
