Assist Teppanyaki chefs in food preparation and live cooking stations
Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
Support smooth kitchen operations during service
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams
Requirements:
Previous experience in Japanese / Teppanyaki kitchens is an advantage
Passion for culinary arts and live cooking concepts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
