Job Description

Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to Chef/Supervisor
  • Continually develops culinary skills to produce high-quality meals
  • Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings
  • Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetable items
  • Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary
  • Serve the food to staff from Ban Marie to support serving staff at peak hours
  • Disposes off spoiled items and adheres to sanitation and expiry policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher certification in culinary arts preferred
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
  • Able to lift heavy items upto 25kg
  • Able to work on holidays and weekends
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month Application Question(s):
